This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Operations Manager located in Virginia Beach, VA. The Construction Operations Manager will oversee and manage multiple construction projects, ensure adherence to budgets and schedules, and enforce safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with project managers and stakeholders, optimizing resource allocation, leading project planning, and streamlining operational processes. The role also involves managing teams, resolving challenges, and ensuring project deliverables align with client requirements and organizational goals.

• Expertise in construction management, resource allocation, and adherence to budgets
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills
• In-depth knowledge of safety and quality standards in construction operations
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Proficiency with project management software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience managing large construction projects, preferably in the building and transportation sectors
• Understanding of Virginia building codes and regulations is a plus
