Front Office Agent - The Fiction

is looking for a Front Office Agent to join our team in our new project The Fiction at Marousi,
As a Front Office Agent your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Providing consistent excellent service to guests upon arrival, and during their stay, from check-in to checkout
- Welcoming and registering guests expeditiously, providing information to them as needed, obtaining identification and credit/check approval as directed by hotel policy
- Verifying rate and departure date. Confirmation and modification of information required to complete the registration process as per hotel procedures
- Answering all guest questions accurately and resolving problems in a timely manner ensuring guest satisfaction. Authorizing revenue allowances as allowed by hotel policy
- Upselling guest rooms, food & beverage outlets if applicable and seasonal hotel promotions
- Making restaurant, transportation, and/or entertainment reservations for guests, plus other concierge services as requested and having thorough knowledge of hotel amenities, company, and local area & attractions
- Communication and cooperation with other hotel departments to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction
- Understanding of hotel history, services, facility information, and rates and packages
- Degree in Hospitality or Travel & Tourism is highly desirable
- Prior solid work experience as a Front Office Agent or similar roles
- Thorough knowledge of the hospitality industry
- Customer-oriented and friendly personality
- Sound communication and administrative skills
- Excellent command of English language
- Attention to detail and a structured way of working
