Building and Maintaining Relationships: Developing strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Point of Contact: Acting as the primary point of contact for all client-related matters
- Negotiating Contracts: Handling contract negotiations and closing agreements to maximize profits
- Client Communication: Addressing client queries and identifying new business opportunities among existing customers
- Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams (like Customer Service and Product Development) to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs
- Sales and Reporting: Preparing sales reports and meeting sales quotas while keeping clients engaged with the company's products and services
