Business Analyst

A leading global private bank and the largest private bank in the Eurozone is seeking a dedicated professional. This institution manages over €456 billion in assets and employs more than 6,700 experts across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, supporting high-net-worth individuals in securing and growing their wealth.

The Role

• Support the COO in implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and regulatory frameworks.
• Ensure full and transparent coordination between business units.
• Manage third-party providers, including coordinating with regional outsourcing teams for new or extended service level agreements.
• Coordinate the internal validation of exceptional transactions, new activities, and automated trading strategies.
• Monitor and coordinate compliance with regulatory requirements in cross-border service transactions.
• Act as a contact for compliance-related inquiries, ensuring responsiveness and appropriate stakeholder involvement.
• Manage the data protection framework in collaboration with Territory Chief Data Officer (CDO) & Data Protection Officer (DPO) teams.

What You'll Need

• Commercial banking apprenticeship or university degree in Business Administration, Banking, or Data Analytics.
• Initial experience in the banking or financial sector, including internships or student employment.
• Experience with compliance or regulatory topics is a plus.
• Strong team player with excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent German and English language skills (C1 level required).
