The successful candidate will work in partnership with students and parents/carers to promote positive behaviour across the school community, supporting students in overcoming barriers to learning, including challenging behaviour. They will provide tailored support to students who need it, offering guidance and coaching through focused interventions and regular observations to help them develop and sustain positive behaviour for learning.

- Have demonstrable experience in supporting students to promote positive behaviour for learning
- Be enthusiastic and committed to working as part of a team

- Be keen to be part of the wider school community, participating in extracurricular clubs

Salary: Associate 2 Point 1 - 16 - FTE £23,914 - £25,393
Actual Salary: £20,001.60 - £21,238.63
Hours: 35hrs a week - Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4pm (39 weeks per year)
Contract: Permanent
