Senior Accountant

• Lead key portions of the monthly general ledger close
• Prepare and review journal entries, including recurring and ad‑hoc items
• Perform income statement analysis and compare actuals vs. budget/prior periods
• Complete balance sheet reconciliations and resolve monthly variances
• Assist with interim and year‑end audits
• Reconcile and review payroll and operating bank accounts
• Support A/R with write‑offs and maintain audit-ready documentation
• Contribute to special accounting projects as assigned

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting; CPA or CPA‑track preferred
• 2+ years of public accounting or large corporate accounting experience
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle high-volume, complex data
• Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with ERP implementations is a plus
• Highly organized, detail‑focused, and deadline-driven
