  • Answer all incoming phone calls for property managers
  • Maintain calendars, task lists
  • Send out all conference call and meeting requests for managers
  • Answer questions from occupants/tenants/vendors before directing to managers.
  • Follow up on occupant/tenant/vendor emails etc.
  • Maintain files for properties, i.e. budget, contracts, vendors, leases.
  • Collect and submit payroll forms to manager for approval.
  • Type and distribute all meeting minutes, building issues, etc

  • Prepare monthly building issues for all buildings
