Account Manager (Russian/Ukrainian are required)

In this role, you will work with existing clients, help manage account-related requests, and support smooth communication between clients and internal departments. We are looking for someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable handling multiple priorities in a structured office environment.
This position is on-site in our Vancouver office.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support existing client accounts
- Handle client communication in a professional and timely manner
- Follow up on open requests and help move them to resolution
- Maintain accurate account and policy-related information
- Work closely with internal teams to support client needs
- Help ensure a high level of service and attention to detail in daily operations
- Experience in account management, customer support, or another client-facing position
- Insurance industry background preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work with accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of ownership and follow-through
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- On-site in Vancouver, WA
