💼 Key Responsibilities

• Manage new and renewal personal lines business, including home, auto, umbrella, and related policies
• Review insurance policies for accuracy, coverage adequacy, and completeness
• Prepare certificates, proposals, policy summaries, and coverage recommendations
• Advise clients on coverage options and help tailor policies to meet their needs
• Process endorsements, renewals, and policy changes in a timely manner
• Assist clients with billing inquiries, claims questions, and coverage concerns
• Work closely with carriers to secure competitive coverage and resolve issues
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carrier partners

✅ Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience working with personal lines policies (Homeowners, Auto, Umbrella, etc.)
• Prior client-facing experience with strong relationship-building skills
• Insurance agency or brokerage experience preferred
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage a high-volume workload
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment
