The successful individual will have the opportunity to make a huge impact working on high-profile food, drink, lifestyle and consumer tech clients, and covering the full range of creative briefs from always-on activity to major campaigns.
What You'll Do
- Own day-to-day client relationships and keep your Account Director informed on progress, risks and next steps
- Drive campaigns and always-on activity forward—briefing, delegating, building timelines and keeping delivery on track
- Create and manage content and media collateral (social/media copy, imagery, video) in line with brand guidelines
- Lead on media relations: spot reactive opportunities, pitch and sell-in stories, and build strong journalist relationships
- Manage third-party suppliers (briefs, contracts, POs, invoicing) and ensure internal processes are followed
- Support budget and resourcing management across accounts, helping ensure work is delivered on time and to budget
- Lead by example and help develop junior team members
- Solid consumer PR experience at Account Manager level
- Strong B2C background, ideally with food & drink client experience
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and writing skills
- Strong time and project management; comfortable juggling multiple priorities
- Calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Creative, proactive and solutions-focused with a ‘can do' attitude
- Resilient, tenacious and a collaborative team player
