Continental Siding is seeking a high-energy leader to take ownership of our In-Field Marketing team. What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage the in-field promotions team to consistently achieve lead generation goals
• Plan, schedule, and execute marketing events and retail promotions
• Travel to and support on-site events, ensuring strong brand representation
• Run daily and weekly team meetings focused on performance, goals, and development
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members to build a high-performing team
• Coach, mentor, and hold team members accountable to expectations and results
• Actively generate leads alongside your team in the field
• Coordinate schedules and weekly objectives using company tools and systems
• Continuously improve team performance, energy, and execution in the field

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, marketing, or customer relationship management
• Proven ability to build, lead, and develop teams
• Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
• Highly organized with effective time management abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Home improvement industry experience is a plus

Schedule

• 40-hour work week with flexibility based on events and business needs
• Schedule coordinated with the Executive Marketing Manager
