We’re looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale our user acquisition efforts for our mobile app.

This is a builder role. You’ll start as a hands-on leader — running campaigns, optimizing budgets, and establishing infrastructure — then grow the team and function as we scale. You’ll own the full acquisition funnel on the media side, with significant budget responsibility.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own and scale user acquisition strategy and budget allocation across Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, and other channels.
  • Build the performance marketing function from the ground up — recruit, lead, and grow the team.
  • Optimize campaigns to hit acquisition and retention KPIs while maintaining ROAS targets.
  • Drive the creative testing strategy — translate performance data into actionable briefs for the creative studio.
  • Establish performance frameworks, reporting dashboards, and optimization playbooks.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Analytics, and Creative teams.

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid acquisition campaigns for mobile apps or eCommerce.
  • Proven track record of scaling UA budgets while maintaining efficiency.
  • Strong expertise with MMPs and analytics tools (AppsFlyer, Amplitude, Mixpanel).
  • You understand cohort analysis, LTV metrics, and the full UA funnel deeply.
  • You can translate creative performance data into clear direction for creative teams.
