Digital Operations Manager

Wanted: Operations Manager for a Digital Marketing & Advertising company in Holon. This is a very rewarding full-time and Hybrid position.

The chosen candidate will serve as a pivotal leader, spearheading the comprehensive activity for one of the agency’s top-tier strategic clients. This role offers the unique opportunity to bridge the gap between high-level business goals and flawless execution, driving significant market impact through innovative media strategies and high-performance team leadership.

Job Responsibilities:

● Lead and mentor a professional team, ensuring high levels of performance, professional growth, and alignment with client objectives.

● Oversee the end-to-end implementation of complex work plans, managing diverse interfaces to ensure seamless service delivery.

● Monitor and analyze key business metrics and campaign performance, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize results and meet ambitious ROI targets. ● Act as the primary point of escalation and strategic partner for the client, translating their business needs into actionable media and operational roadmaps.

Job Requirements:

● Proven experience in team management and leadership within a fast-paced environment – a must.

● Extensive background in Account Management or Operations Management, preferably within a media agency or advertising firm.

● Deep understanding of the digital media ecosystem, including hands-on familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Web Analytics.

● Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data visualization and executive reporting.

● Academic degree (BA/B.Sc.) in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
