Corporate Associate

VOYlegal is working directly with two Top 40 Am Law firms seeking Corporate Associates in Philadelphia:

(1) UNPOSTED: A top Chambers-ranked firm is seeking experienced M&A associates with 2–7 years of practice experience to join its Corporate & Securities Group in the Philadelphia office. Qualified candidates should have experience handling sophisticated M&A and private equity transactions, including hands-on drafting and negotiation of transaction documents such as purchase agreements, financing documents, and shareholder agreements.

(2) A leading Am Law firm is seeking a mid-level corporate associate with 3–5 years of experience to join its nationally recognized Life Sciences team. The role focuses on representing high-growth life sciences, healthcare, and tech companies in a wide range of corporate and transactional matters. Candidates with experience advising public companies are preferred, though candidates with a strong interest in life sciences work will also be considered.
