About the Opportunity

A growing, high-performing professional services firm is adding to its Accounting & Finance practice in Philadelphia and is seeking a full desk recruiter to drive both business development and candidate delivery within the direct hire space.


This is a true 360 role—ideal for someone who enjoys building client relationships while also owning the recruiting side of the process. The team is open to experienced full desk recruiters as well as agency recruiters looking to step into a more sales-focused, direct hire environment.


What You’ll Do

  • Generate new business within Accounting & Finance direct hire (perm) placements
  • Build and manage client relationships across industries such as financial services, corporate finance, and professional services
  • Run a full desk: business development, candidate sourcing, screening, and placement
  • Partner directly with hiring managers on search strategy and execution
  • Source and recruit A&F professionals (e.g., accountants, analysts, FP&A, leadership roles)
  • Manage the full lifecycle from intake to offer negotiation and close


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in staffing/recruiting, ideally within Accounting & Finance or a related vertical
  • Full desk experience preferred, but open to strong recruiters or sales professionals looking to expand
  • Interest in direct hire (permanent placement) recruiting
  • Proven ability—or strong desire—to generate new business
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a “hunter” mentality
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage both clients and candidates
