What Role Will You Play?

We are looking for experienced management consultants to join our new Denver office who bring:

• 7+ years (Sr. Managers) or 10+ years (Directors) of management consulting experience
• Well-rounded skills that relate to Jabian’s service areas
• Strong client delivery and solutioning skills through a strategy and operations lens
• Diverse industry skills and/or willingness to apply skills outside area of industry expertise
• Experience building strong delivery teams and serving as client account leader
• Demonstrated success in building, maintaining and actively nurturing personal and professional networks that led to business development growth
• Strong personal and professional network in the Denver area, built through living locally and supporting clients in the market
• Interest in contributing to the local community and building Jabian’s brand
• An entrepreneurial spirit to navigate and steer your own career journey at Jabian

Compensation and Benefits

The competitive salary range for this position is $135,000 – $225,000+, based on experience and qualifications. The competitive annual bonus range is $8,000 – $30,000+, also based on experience and performance. Individual salaries within these ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. Compensation decisions reflect both individual and organizational performance, and actual compensation may vary within the range based on each candidate’s unique qualifications.
