Job Description
Partners with Physician Enterprise leaders to plan, lead, and execute strategic improvement initiatives that drive operational excellence and measurable outcomes. Leads independent initiatives by developing project plans, defining objectives, and establishing metrics to measure outcomes and success. Assists in identifying and evaluating improvements and makes recommendations to direct leader for identified opportunities. Conducts assessments of current processes to determine opportunities for standardization and greater efficiency. Conducts projects with a high level of team involvement and conducts structured, effective meetings to set priorities. Develops and implements business plans using AdventHealth design drivers. Tracks and follows up on deliverables. Interacts with all levels of the organization and across departmental lines. Promotes the philosophy, mission, and vision to team members, patients, and external contacts. Escalates issues to leadership as required. Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Strong power Point proficiency [Required]
- Demonstrated ability to use design software/graphic design skillset [Required]
- Must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. [Required]
- Must have a high degree of collaboration skills [Required]
- Requires significant initiative and judgement to be exercised independent of the supervisor. [Required]
- Tact and courtesy are essential to create and maintain good will. [Required]
- Knowledge of professional practice principles, concepts and procedures as applied to the care of the patient population served. Ability to identify and collaborate with content experts to complete projects. [Required]

- in business, healthcare or related field
- 2+ of healthcare experience. [Required]
- Prior graphic design experience, of at least 2 years. [Required]
- Prior project management, or equivalent experience. [Required]

Pay Range
$60,151.66 - $111,886.39
