IT Project Manager

The Role

• Manage complex IT projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring timely, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
• Orchestrate agile Scrum teams and stakeholders across business and IT.
• Take overall responsibility for the technical implementation of project results.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects and development teams to define technical solutions.
• Ensure successful delivery, including quality assurance and testing, as a technical lead.
• Identify and coordinate functional and non-functional requirements from business and IT.
• Actively manage scope, timelines, quality, and costs, including budget planning and controlling.

What You'll Need

• Completed university degree and several years of professional experience in project/change management, particularly in agile software development.
• Ability to understand and co-design complex system landscapes and architectures within a business context.
• Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and proficiency in agile methodologies.
• Strong ability to break down complex issues and communicate them accessibly to various stakeholders.
• Decision-making skills with a focus on consequences and implementation.
• Flexible communication style in both German and English, with excellent moderation skills.
