Key Responsibilities
- Set up& breakdown event
- Return all items from site to Banquet Dept
- Perform food preparation
- Customer service
- Sanitation
- Other food service duties
- Be able to lift at least 60 pounds
- Able to stand on your feet for long periods of time
- Banquet Server Etiquette Training a plus
- Previous banquet or restaurant experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and carry trays, move tables and chairs, lift at least 50lbs, and stand for extended periods.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures is a plus.
