The Creative Director has deep understanding of design/copywriting and branding concepts across a range of traditional and digital media.
- Leads brainstorming / creative sessions, establish creative vision and provide hands-on direction while overseeing the creative process, guiding and collaborating as needed.
- Works collaboratively to envision original and unexpected concepts, creating value for the Agency and our clients.
- Translates client business and brand goals into innovative, meaningful and differentiated creative experiences.
- Partners with clients and internal teams on business objectives and develop the appropriate creative vision, direction and execution.
- Personally conceptualizes and executes on design-driven internal & external communication.
- Manages and mentors the creative team; drives innovation by introducing new ideas and inspiration to consistently produce excellent work.
- Maintains a presence in the industry and foster outside relationships to build a creative ecosystem, including trusted network of creative service partners and contract talent.
- Works closely with clients, team leads, and third-party vendors to determine scope of work.
- Works with the Creative Resource Manager on resourcing and project management, including planning upcoming projects, and adjusting resources as necessary on current projects.
- Partners with agency leadership on business development efforts and build new revenue streams forthe Agency.
