Project Manager

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Lead projects in embedded software within the commercial vehicle sector, managing timelines, costs, and quality.

• Oversee projects technically from concept through to implementation, maintaining a comprehensive overview.

• Monitor and integrate technological advancements such as RUST, Cyber Security, and new FUSI regulations into projects.

• Cultivate strong client relationships and develop new business opportunities.

• Manage risks, opportunities, and claims proactively, mitigating project uncertainties.

• Act as a solutions-oriented point of contact, collaborating closely with clients and internal/external team members.

What You'll Need

• A completed degree in a technical field such as Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of two years of project management experience in the automotive industry, ideally within a service-oriented sector.

• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with a drive to advance innovative solutions.

• A pragmatic, target-oriented work approach and an interest in, or experience with, clients in the commercial and special vehicle segments.

• Excellent communication skills in both German and English, both written and verbal.
