What you’ll do
- Manage a complex calendar and keep the Chief Operating Officer well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities
- Arrange detailed, complex travel itineraries and agendas, and compile documents required for business trips
- Follow all internal policies and processes, including travel and expense reporting, and work with Compliance to obtain required approvals
- Exercise strong judgment when conflicts arise, handle matters proactively and expeditiously, and ensure successful completion of projects under firm deadlines
- Organize and facilitate team engagements, social activities, and outings
- Safeguard confidential information and represent the Office of the Chief Operating Officer with professionalism and discretion
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands, track deliverables, and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities and experience working with senior stakeholders
- Proven discretion and judgment in handling confidential and sensitive information
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and flex hours as needed to support urgent or global requests
