Job Title: Junior Business Analyst (Customer Relations Focus)

Location: Hybrid – Philadelphia, PA

Pay Rate: $20-$25/hr

Experience Level: 1–5 years

Overview:

We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support customer-focused initiatives through a combination of strong analytical ability and excellent customer service skills. This position will work closely with cross-functional teams on projects related to customer relations, process improvements, and operational support. The ideal candidate is confident communicating with customers, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders

• Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement

• Support customer-facing projects, ensuring a high level of service and communication

• Participate in meetings, workshops, and team discussions to track project progress

• Assist in developing functional and technical specifications

• Identify and document risks, issues, and potential solutions

• Support system testing, implementation, and post-implementation activities

• Help create training materials and user documentation

• Provide ongoing support to end users and internal teams

Qualifications:

• 1–5 years of experience in business analysis, customer service, or a related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Demonstrated ability to interact confidently with customers and stakeholders

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment

• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• High School Diploma required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
