As a Full-Stack Developer on our team, you will be part of a diverse and dynamic team constantly pushing boundaries. Depending on priorities, your assignments will change over time, allowing you to grow your technical and business expertise. Over the next few years, we strive to craft a truly personalized client experience with innovative digital services and products for our collaborators in the intermediary business.

In this ambitious role, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing our Wealth Management Web Application Frontends using Angular/React and Backends using Java, Spring Boot and Go
• Engaging in requirement analysis
• Solution design and development, as well as server-side logic development
• Assurance of quality, unit test case creation, and testing of new features
• Proactive input and exchange within dev meetings regarding best practices and future technology decisions
• Ensuring high product and technology stack quality during operations
• Providing maintenance and 3rd-level support
• Using version control systems like Git to manage codebases collaboratively.
• Implementing caching mechanisms (e.g., browser caching, server-side caching)
• Monitoring performance using tools like Dynatrace and Open Telemetry.
• Conducting load testing.
• Lead efforts to integrate cutting-edge technologies such as cloud services (AWS, Azure) or DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines).

Your profile

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Higher technical education in computer science, software engineering or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in full-stack development of web applications
• A solid understanding of architectural principles and design patterns
• Analytical skills to draft development methodologies across various technologies
• Work experience in developing responsive and accessible interfaces using technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Track record of writing APIs using frameworks like Node.js, Django, Spring Boot, or Ruby on Rails.
• Experience with databases with SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB).
• Knowledge authentication systems and security measures to ensure data integrity.
• Hands-on experience with structuring and automating business workflows using standardized process management frameworks (e.g. Flowable, Camunda, Pega or Appian)
• Project experience in optimizing server-side processes for scalability and performance under high traffic
• Practical experience in agile ways of working
• Practical experience and general banking knowledge are advantageous
• A great teammate mentality, resilience, strong communication skills, and social competence
• Customer-focused thinking, a strong drive for success, and a high level of dedication
• An advanced level of English, as working with internal clients, QA and UX requires proficiency in the language
