The Role

• Own and grow the DACH market
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives
• Remain hands-on in closing mid-market deals
• Build pipeline and drive revenue across a defined ICP
• Partner closely with founders and GTM leadership
• Help shape the go-to-market strategy as the company scales

What We’re Looking For

• Proven success as an AE selling into DACH (mid-market/enterprise SaaS)
• Either:
• A top performer ready for a first leadership role, or
• An existing Team Lead looking for more ownership and impact
• Strong track record of closing deals and exceeding quota
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, or leading others
• Fluent German + English
