Role Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Developer to join our dynamic team. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications while mentoring junior developers and contributing to architectural decisions.

Qualifications

• Architect, develop, and enhance software solutions that align with business objectives and best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure applications are scalable, maintainable, and secure, following industry best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
• Continuously improve development processes by identifying and implementing best practices, automation, and performance optimizations.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and contribute to architectural decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience, including at least 2 years in a senior-level role.
• Expertise in C# .NET development, with experience building modern web applications.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Proficiency in relational and NoSQL databases.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively mentor team members and engage with stakeholders.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
