At Plaza Premium Group, the global leader in travel hospitality, we provide world-class, first-class airport experiences. Historically, our industry has relied heavily on aggregator traffic like Priority Pass or Dragon Pass. We are changing the playbook. We are actively shifting our revenue model toward high-yield, direct B2B partnerships, and we need an elite, relentlessly driven dealmaker to lead this charge from our Southlake office.


We are not looking for a sales generalist, a passive account manager, or an order-taker. We are looking for a strategic hunter who can tap into the massive Dallas/Fort Worth corporate ecosystem and fill our luxury lounges with high-value clients.


If you have a track record of closing complex, high-ticket deals with major corporations, airlines, and incentive travel companies—and you have the competitive drive to refuse anything less than first place—we want to talk to you.

You possess a relentless internal motor and a strategic mind capable of mapping out the DFW corporate landscape to identify our next million-dollar partners.


What You Will Do (The Mission)

  • Pivot the Strategy & Hunt: Drive our transition away from low-margin networks by securing direct, lucrative agreements with Fortune 500 corporations, luxury incentive travel agencies, private aviation networks, and airlines.
  • Manage the Full Cycle: Build a robust pipeline from scratch. Cultivate relationships, explore new channels, and own the consultative sales cycle from prospecting to closing and upselling.
  • Build the Blueprint: Design custom corporate packages—such as executive travel incentives, corporate retreat kickoff experiences, and elite frequent-flyer access.
  • Dominate the Market: Act as the face of Plaza Premium Group at industry events, client meetings, and site visits, aggressively networking with key decision-makers.
  • Execute with Precision: Deliver accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Partner cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and finance to ensure scalable revenue growth.

Who You Are

  • A Proven Hunter: You have 5–10 years of experience in enterprise sales with a verifiable track record of exceeding quotas in B2B airline, travel, airport, or luxury lifestyle partnerships. (If your past success relied solely on inbound leads, this isn't the role for you).
  • Fiercely Competitive: You have a background that proves your grit and drive to win. A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented culture. (Former collegiate/professional athletes or individuals with a proven history of high-stakes competition are strongly encouraged to apply).
  • Locally Connected & Articulate: You know how to navigate the DFW corporate landscape. You possess exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, and you are highly comfortable engaging C-suite stakeholders.
  • A Strategic Thinker: You have an analytical mindset and a passion for data-informed decision-making. You don't just sell a product; you sell a solution that drives ROI for executive retention and incentive programs.
  • Educated & Experienced: You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or have equivalent practical experience. Prior success in a high-growth or startup environment is a massive plus.
