What We’re Looking For
- Greet families and handle check-in, drop-off, and pick-up per club standards
- Engage kids with games, crafts, and activities; supervise free play
- Respond to each child’s physical and emotional needs with care
- Keep the space spotless and safe—sanitize toys/equipment and follow safety procedures
- Label belongings, track parent info, and complete simple paperwork
- Communicate with parents; escalate questions/concerns to a manager as needed
- Let parents/manager know if a child needs attention beyond Kids’ Club capacity
- Attend required meetings/trainings and support club programs and emergencies
- Work a flexible schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends)
- Warm, friendly energy and great communication
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented with a can-do attitude
- Comfortable building rapport quickly and juggling multiple tasks
- Willing to learn; apply new info and follow safety policies
- Basic knowledge of babysitting practices/techniques
- High school diploma or GED (or at least 16 years old and a current high-school student in good standing)
- 6+ months of childcare/babysitting experience preferred
- CPR/AED (infant/child/adult) certification preferred
