D365 Finance Lead

Salary: £85,000 + £6,000 Car Allowance + 20% Bonus

Location: London (3 days per week in office)

The Opportunity

Adapt 365 are proud to be partnering with a globally recognised food production organisation currently undergoing a significant D365 F&O transformation. As they scale their internal capability, they're looking to bring on an experienced D365 Finance Lead to play a pivotal role in the success of this programme.

This isn't a back-seat role. You'll be front and centre, driving the finance workstream across multiple countries and taking full ownership of the F&O finance solution from design through to delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading the end-to-end finance workstream within a multi-country D365 F&O implementation
• Acting as the subject matter expert across core finance modules including GL, AP, AR, fixed assets and budgeting
• Working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions and drive decision-making
• Collaborating with technical teams to ensure the finance design is fit for purpose and scalable
• Supporting testing, training and go-live activities across multiple markets

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading the finance workstream on at least one full-cycle D365 F&O implementation
• Strong functional knowledge of D365 Finance modules
• Comfortable working across complex, multi-country environments
• A confident communicator who can engage stakeholders at all levels
• UK resident, this is a requirement for the role

The Package

• Base salary up to £85,000
• Car allowance of £6,000
• Bonus up to 20%
• Hybrid working, 3 days per week in office
