Position Overview

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the marketing team with building and maintaining a strong online presence through social media channels and the company website. They will also assist the Marketing Department with a variety of other marketing task.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage digital campaigns (such as Google Ads, Email Marketing, & Social Media Ads) and Social Media platforms (strategy, design, content creation)
• Create engaging text, image, and video content to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around the organization
• Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
• Create content and update all company websites,
• Stay up to date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
• Gather content and create internal newsletter
• Event planning and activation for golf tournaments or client hosting events
• Monitoring 3rd party websites for lead generation and conflict resolution
• Design and execute both physical and digital marketing collateral for sales team
• Coordinate apparel requirements and place orders for all brands
• Manage the Quality Questionnaire Surveys
• Manage Google Review Program
• Manage BCSPCA partnership, events and soc

The part time Marketing Coordinator will have a passion for marketing and enjoys taking ownership of their areas of responsibility. Working closely with our Marketing Team, this person must be collaborative, confident, and committed to company growth. Other important attributes of a Marketing Coordinator are:

• A passion for marketing, social media management, sales, and customer service
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience with graphic design
