Production Worker

We are seeking reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented individuals to join our production operations. Successful candidates will be assigned to a specific role within the facility and are expected to cross-train across other related tasks over time. This position involves working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, consistency, and adherence to established procedures are essential. A strong work ethic, commitment to quality, and willingness to learn are key to success in this role.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment in accordance with company standards
• Perform visual and physical inspections of materials and finished products to ensure quality compliance
• Handle, move, and organize materials and products safely and efficiently
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and safety protocols at all times
• Record production data accurately and report any deviations or equipment issues
• Assist with setup, changeovers, and clean-up of workstations as required
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safe and efficient operations
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow
• Participate in cross-training and support other production tasks as needed
• Carry out production tasks with care and precision, ensuring materials are handled and processed according to operational standards
• Maintain a safe, orderly, and efficient workspace, contributing to overall workflow and minimizing disruptions
• Identify and report any irregularities in product quality, equipment performance, or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is an asset
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and equipment
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends or overtime if required
• Safety-conscious mindset and adherence to workplace safety standards
