This role is perfect for an Arabic-speaking female candidate with experience in optics, eyewear, contact lenses, beauty, cosmetics, healthcare products, or related consumer industries who enjoys managing multiple projects, coordinating with suppliers and manufacturers, and supporting successful product launches from concept to market.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Coordinate end-to-end product development projects from concept through production and market launch
• Manage timelines, approvals, samples, specifications, and product development milestones
• Support new product launches, replenishment planning, and operational coordination
• Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery
• Coordinate product samples, production requirements, and manufacturing updates
• Assist with exclusive celebrity, influencer, and brand collaboration projects
• Track collaboration timelines, approvals, launch schedules, and deliverables
• Maintain accurate trackers, reports, project documentation, and operational records
• Ensure seamless communication across departments and external stakeholders
• Identify operational bottlenecks, delays, and process improvement opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

• Preferably Arabic-speaking female candidate (Arabic & English fluency required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Product Development, or related field preferred
• 2–4 years of experience in:
• Optics
• Eyewear
• Contact lenses
• Beauty or cosmetics
• Healthcare or FMCG products
• Product coordination, operations, procurement, or project coordination
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and project coordination skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced and evolving environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project tracking tools
• Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
