Tradewind Data Science is a boutique data science and analytics consulting company. As we grow our Strategy & Analytics practice, we're looking for an independent and motivated analyst to drive value for our clients. The ideal candidate will conduct analysis, present insights to clients, build and automate reports, and seek to continuously improve processes.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer, sales, loyalty, and product data to help clients understand business trends, opportunities, and historical performance
- Partner closely with clients to understand their priorities and opportunities
- Create processes and reports to improve day-to-day understanding of brand health and program success
- Think strategically about data strategy and propose initiatives to improve the way we collect data, understand insights, and make decisions.
- 3+ years of strategy, insights and/or analytics experience
- Bachelor's degree in quantitative or relevant experience
- Self-starter with strong creative problem-solving and communication skills
- Working knowledge of SQL, R or Python
- Databricks and PowerBI experience preferred
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
