Role

We are seeking an Interior Designer to join our studio and contribute to the design and execution of high-end residential projects. Working closely with our interiors and architectural teams, this role is involved throughout all phases of the design process—from initial concept development through final installation—ensuring a cohesive and well-resolved result.

Our work is grounded in a thoughtful, detail-driven approach, where materiality, proportion, and craftsmanship are central to each project. The ideal candidate brings an alignment with our design ethos, along with impeccable communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with care and precision.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to design development across all project phases, from concept through construction
  • Support the development of interior concepts, spatial layouts, and design narratives
  • Produce drawings, diagrams, and presentation materials, including 3D studies and visual compositions
  • Assist in the selection of finishes, materials, furnishings, and FF&E with a strong design sensibility
  • Develop documentation and drawings in Revit, AutoCAD, or comparable platforms
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, and vendors to support design intent and execution
  • Participate in client presentations, design reviews, and site visits
  • Support procurement, coordination, and installation phases as needed
  • Properly maintain and organize projects, documentation, and material libraries
  • Ability to work with specification packages, schedules, and design documentation
  • Demonstrate and maintain an informed awareness of current design trends and the luxury market, including familiarity with high-end brands, materials, and sources

Profile

  • 2–5 years of interior design experience (residential experience preferred; exceptional emerging talent considered)
  • Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual clarity, material sensitivity, and design rigor
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent visual communication, organization, and collaborative skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, highly detailed, studio environment
