Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a

related discipline; or equivalent experience/combined

education

• Has the ability to analyze electrical and mechanical

schematics and diagrams

• Must be highly detailed-oriented due to the nature of

electrical & electromechanical assemblies

• Microsoft Office suite experience with MS Word,

PowerPoint, and Excel

THE WORK

The Selected Candidate Will Be Responsible For

• Analyzing and interpreting electrical, electromechanical, and cable schematics during development and production stages.
• Updating and creating assembly work instructions for efficient assembly based on the drawings and/or models
• Publishing work instructions to the production floor for use
• Identifying and maintains tool lists required for the efficient assembly of the given products.
• Investigating technical problems and provides guidance in support of manufacturing operators to facilitate assembly performance
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to manufacturing failures and helps implement corrective action
• Supporting the implementation of lean manufacturing techniques to improve efficiency and reduce waste in the manufacturing process
• Providing input to product design regarding design concepts and specification requirements to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques.
• Working in close collaboration and guidance of Subject Matter Experts in the implementation of manufacturing functional improvements.
• Adhering to existing functional process and procedures related to manufacturing engineering.
