- Draft emails, memos, statements, press material, and messaging documents
- Turn research and client input into clear, usable language
- Edit work so it is concise, accurate, and easy to understand
Crisis / Issues Support
- Help gather facts quickly when an issue arises
- Draft initial statements and internal summaries
- Coordinate with client and team on next steps
