- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting or related discipline from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor and train team members

- Quick Learner with aptitude for various systems and processes
- Strong Microsoft office skills, primarily focusing in Excel
- Proficiency with Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Proficiency with Cobra
- Proficiency with LM Financial systems (SAP & Hyperion)
- Self Starter who can work effectively as an individual contributor and as part of a team

THE WORK
This is a lead position for AMAZE which tasks include:
- Leading an junior analyst and ensuring program needs to met
- Review financial records to assure that processes are being followed and documentation has been recorded and saved for historical reference and audits. Examples of such are, SAP to Cobra actuals reconciliation, IMS to Cobra check, CBB log tracking contract budgets across distribution and reserves, Variance analysis in wInsight & eWAD.
- Validate information from the monthly performance metrics and discuss the results and potential impacts with Program teams, PM’s, CAM’s, and F&BO, as required.
- Review IPMRs and assist the team ensuring on time, accurate submittals. Variance Analysis in part of the SDRL and assistance in writing complete, concise variance analysis may be required along with approving the VARs for SDRL submittal in wInsight.
- Assist with Hyperion updates for OSEC reporting and provide checks on Contract Target values to the Orders/Sales forecast along with linking Hyperion Core plans to GRID manpower forecasts assisting in achieving a reasonable profile.
- Provide assistance as requested for reciprocal support to programs outside of F35 for PAR, INAR, and other reviews as required.
- Prepare analysis of actual financial results against financial plans
- Ensures EVM and financial information is accurate and compliant to Program Performance Management Process (PPMP) guidelines
- Identifying risks and opportunities and making recommendations to contain program cost exposure

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
