Site Manager/Director

We are seeking an experienced Site Director to lead operations, drive growth, and deliver exceptional clinical and service outcomes in a modern, patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across women’s imaging and multimodality services (Mammo, Ultrasound, MRI, CT, X-ray, DEXA, biopsies)
• Optimize workflows to support same-day diagnostics and rapid-access imaging
• Lead daily huddles, staffing, and operational performance
• Drive strategic growth, referral development, and service line expansion
• Manage site-level financial performance (P&L, staffing, throughput, utilization)
• Hire, develop, and lead clinical and administrative teams
• Champion a concierge-level patient experience and service recovery
• Ensure compliance with ACR, MQSA, and all regulatory standards
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
• Oversee EMR/PACS and imaging systems (e.g., Ultralight, Elation, Ambra, Intelerad, MagView)

• Master’s degree (MHA/MBA) – preferred
• 7–10+ years of healthcare operations leadership experience
• Strong experience in imaging or women’s health services
• Proven P&L management and operational growth experience

Preferred Experience

• Concierge or private-pay healthcare environment
• Experience launching or scaling imaging centers
• Familiarity with accreditation processes and advanced imaging workflows

Physical Requirements

• Primarily administrative role with on-site operational presence
• Ability to move throughout the facility as needed
