Responsibilities
Scheduling & Coordination
- Organize daily activities, schedules, and priorities
- Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and reminders
- Coordinate work, travel, and personal schedules
- Assist with planning and tracking upcoming tasks and deadlines
- Work directly with the COO to accomplish ongoing and upcoming priorities
- Assist with children’s schedules, including school transportation, appointments, and extracurricular activities
- Coordinate rides and schedule changes as needed
- Help manage personal errands and daily tasks
- Confirm payments of accounts, bills, and recurring expenses
- Coordinate home repairs, car repairs, and other maintenance appointments
- Assist with additional household or personal projects as needed
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and highly responsible
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Helpful, cooperative, and team-oriented attitude
1+ year of experience in: Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Support
