We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Head of Business Transformation - GP&T – to join our Chief Operating Officer Leadership Team within Global Payments & Trade. This role is located in New York, US.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Provide strategic thought leadership to drive business transformation and process improvements
  • Develop a comprehensive transformation strategy and roadmap, and define business case and OKRs, for Global Payments & Trade
  • Fully understands and can influence the commercial environment based on own breadth of experience
  • Partners on Enterprise transformation initiatives and ensures alignment with the GP&T strategy and agenda
  • Drives the target state operating model for complex, global transformation projects, programs and portfolios of change that require collaboration with senior management in other functions
  • Has vast knowledge of competitors’ products and ensures organization-wide compliance with current regulatory and legal obligations
  • Controls initiatives, enlists the work of senior managers and staff
  • Leads team members’ delivery of quality business solutions within agreed timescales and budgets
  • Works with CAO, Risk and Compliance to support controls and process enhancements

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Computer science, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is desirable.
  • 10+ years of experience driving transformational change within the financial services or fintech industry.
  • Capable of proactively identifying core problems or opportunities within business processes
  • Experience planning, managing and executing large transformation programs and multiple business critical initiatives
  • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to effectively interact with senior leadership.
  • Deep understanding of customer needs and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences, along with excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Experience leading team and operating within agile framework with technology and design partners.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents. Eligible employees also may receive other benefits (including various paid time off benefits, such as vacation and sick time), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
