Role Overview

We are seeking Business Analysts to support clinical data management initiatives within a regulated Life Sciences environment. The ideal candidates will work closely with product managers, clinical SMEs, and engineering teams to translate complex clinical data processes into actionable requirements for the IntelliCheck platform.

This role requires a strong understanding of clinical data workflows, discrepancy management, and GxP compliance, combined with expertise in Agile delivery and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for: Clinical data discrepancy checks, Data access views, Review workspace workflows
• Translate clinical data management processes into: User stories, Clear acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with product managers and clinical SMEs to ensure alignment with GxP-regulated data quality and query management standards
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirement-gathering sessions
• Develop process maps and workflow diagrams using BPMN standards
• Manage and refine Agile backlogs, ensuring prioritization aligns with business goals
• Support UAT by validating requirements and ensuring acceptance criteria are met
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate implementation

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in Business Analysis within Life Sciences / Clinical domain
• Proven expertise in clinical data management processes
• Hands-on experience with Medidata RAVE (EDC systems)
• Solid understanding of GxP requirements and documentation practices
• Proficiency in:
• User story writing
• Acceptance criteria definition
• Agile backlog management
• Experience in process mapping using BPMN
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working with global pharma organizations
• Exposure to clinical data quality platforms or discrepancy management systems

Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) or Agile methodologies
