We’re hiring a Security Operations Program Manager to help scale and mature our security operations capabilities across a fast-growing technology environment. This role sits at the intersection of security, engineering, and business teams, driving programs that strengthen detection, response, and resilience.

What you’ll do

• Lead and coordinate incident response programs, including readiness, tabletop exercises, and post-incident reviews
• Drive cross-functional security initiatives across Security, Engineering, IT, and Product teams
• Build and manage roadmaps for security operations, detection engineering, and threat response capabilities
• Define metrics, reporting, and executive updates to track risk reduction and program effectiveness
• Improve processes, tooling, and workflows to scale security operations as the company grows
• Manage vendors, budgets, and project timelines for key security initiatives

What we’re looking for

• Experience in security operations, incident response, or security program/project management
• Strong program management skills with the ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Familiarity with SOC workflows, threat detection, and response processes
• Ability to communicate security priorities to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in fast-paced technology or cloud environments
