About The Role
This is a highly visible leadership role within Climate Solutions Transportation, headquartered in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The position is responsible for driving strategic alignment and execution across three business units as CST expands and scales its global B2C e‑commerce capabilities.
The role owns the definition and execution of the global e‑commerce product strategy and roadmap, partnering closely with regional and functional teams to ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery. In addition to strategic leadership, this position carries hands‑on product management accountability to support seamless platform launches and continuous optimization.
Operating within a complex, matrixed organization, the Senior Manager will influence leaders and teams at all levels—clearly communicating priorities and decisions, facilitating cross‑functional collaboration, and accelerating innovation through the adoption of best practices across the enterprise.
This position follows a hybrid schedule, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote per week
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the global e‑commerce strategy and multi‑year product roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and functional priorities.
- Own and manage the global technical development pipeline, including feature prioritization and resolution of technical debt across platforms.
- Lead competitive intelligence, market research, and voice‑of‑customer initiatives across business units to validate strategic decisions and strengthen value propositions.
- Provide end‑to‑end global project management, tracking execution against milestones and proactively identifying and removing operational roadblocks.
- Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership to enable timely escalation and decision‑making.
- Partner closely with Marketing, SEO, Services, and other customer‑facing teams to deliver a best‑in‑class digital customer experience.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Legal, Operations, and Service organizations to ensure scalability, compliance, and operational integrity across regions.
- Facilitate global brainstorming and knowledge‑sharing sessions to promote best‑practice adoption and continuous improvement.
- Present strategy updates, KPIs, and business results to executive leadership on a regular cadence.
- Support regional business units in annual budget planning, investment prioritization, and resource allocation, track performance versus plan throughout the year.
- Identify organizational capability gaps and deploy global resources strategically to maximize business impact.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 + years of experience in e‑commerce, digital product management, and/or digital business roles, with exposure to platform development, UI/UX, SEO, and integrated sales and marketing.
- 5 + years of leadership experience, including managing cross‑functional or matrixed teams and driving operational excellence.
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred
- Experience within industrial / manufacturing aftermarket, or spare‑parts‑driven businesses is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to engage directly with customers, lead voice‑of‑customer initiatives, and translate insights into scalable digital strategies.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to influence effectively at all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities in complex, fast‑paced environments.
- Proven agility and adaptability, with a track record of implementing innovative solutions in dynamic operating contexts.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with financial statements, Hyperion Financial Management, and project management tools is highly desirable.
Other Compensation
This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
