As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll help shape and scale the SpeakUp庐 platform: a product trusted by organizations worldwide to protect reporters and surface misconduct safely. You'll work across front-end, back-end, and mobile, building software that's clean, scalable, and built to last.

This is a high-impact role based in Bengaluru, sitting inside a fast-growing global SaaS team where your work reaches millions of users.

馃殌 What You Will Do

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software solutions across front-end, back-end, and mobile platforms.
  • Write clean, readable, and efficient code, following industry best practices.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and proactively integrate them into our development processes.
  • Work with modern concepts such as serverless architectures, AWS Lambda, SPAs, TDD, BDD, containers, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Mentor and support junior developers and new team members to strengthen team capability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-friendly software solutions.
  • Contribute to defining and implementing best practices for AI-assisted development.

馃馃徑 Our Ideal Senior Software Engineer

  • Bachelor鈥檚 degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in software development.
  • AWS certification (minimum Associate level).
  • Hands-on experience with TypeScript, Node.js, Vue, or Flutter (a big plus!).
  • Solid experience writing unit and integration tests.
  • Practical experience developing products with generative AI features.
