🚨 We’re Hiring: Admin + HR + Compliance Executive

📍 Falta ,South 24 (P) , West Bengal (Factory-Based | Full-Time | Permanent)

At Prabal Ply, we are looking for a highly disciplined, ethics-driven professional to take ownership of factory administration, HR operations, compliance management, and cost control.

This is not a desk-only role.

The person in this position will act as the integrity checkpoint of the organisation — ensuring every material received, every bill processed, and every compliance filing is verified, accurate, and accountable.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✅ Material Verification & Cost Control

• Physically verify all incoming materials during unloading

• Prepare GRN and perform PO vs GRN vs Invoice matching

• Conduct surprise stock audits and reconciliation

• Verify sales team TA/travel expenses before approval

✅ Costing & Price Intelligence

• Participate in factory costing reviews with management

• Track raw material price movements and cost spikes

• Build dealer/vendor contacts for market price benchmarking

• Maintain vendor rate records and alternate quotations

✅ HR & Payroll

• Attendance, leave, payroll, PF/ESI deductions, overtime

• Employee onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities

• Worker grievance handling and welfare coordination

✅ Compliance & Administration

• PF/ESI filings and statutory register maintenance

• Factory licence, PCB, Fire NOC, BIS coordination

• Utility tracking, petty cash, bank work, auditor coordination

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• B.Com / BBA / MBA (HR or Finance)

• 2–4 years experience in manufacturing setup

• Hands-on PF/ESI filing experience

• Strong Excel & Tally knowledge

• Comfortable handling government office coordination

• Physically active and willing to work on the factory floor

• Strong integrity, honesty, and attention to detail

⭐ Preferred

• Experience in plywood/timber/wood industry

• Knowledge of Factory Act, PF, ESI, Wages & Bonus Act

• Familiarity with BIS certifications (IS:303 / IS:710 / IS:1328)

• Understanding of manufacturing costing
