Main Tasks And Responsibilities

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

  • Provide technical support for Data and Business Intelligence platforms.
  • Monitor and resolve incidents.
  • Support the maintenance and optimization of solutions.
  • Assist end-users in analysing and interpreting data through reporting tools.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or similar;
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in support with BI;
  • Knowledge in Data and Business Intelligence;
  • Experience or exposure to MicroStrategy;
  • Understanding of ETL processes and cloud environments will be valued;
  • Previous experience with Big Data tools is considered a plus;
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability;
  • Fluency in English.
