About the Role


At iCliGo, we are redefining how people experience travel, combining technology and creativity to create unique journeys. As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in defining and evolving our digital products, ensuring that every feature delivered brings value to both users and the business. You will act as the bridge between technical and business teams, translating needs into actionable and innovative solutions.


Key Responsaibilities



  • Define and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is always aligned with the company’s strategic goals;

  • Translate business requirements into clear and actionable user stories for the development team;

  • Collaborate closely with developers, UX/UI designers, stakeholders, and customers to ensure shared understanding and alignment;

  • Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives, daily stand-ups);

  • Ensure delivered features meet user needs, business objectives, and quality standards;

  • Make informed and timely decisions regarding scope and priorities throughout the development cycle;

  • Validate product deliverables, focusing on usability, quality, and alignment with the product vision;


What We’re Looking For



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or related fields;

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in related roles (e.g. project manager);

  • Proven experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.);

  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence or similar;

  • Ability to interpret performance metrics (Velocity, Burndown Chart);

  • Basic understanding of software development processes (a plus, not required);

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders;

  • Critical thinking and a problem-solving mindset;

  • User-focused, organized, and capable of managing priorities effectively;

  • Collaborative spirit and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
