Responsibilities:
• Investigate payment-related issues and resolve overpayment concerns by reviewing transaction details and identifying the source of discrepancies.
• Perform account reconciliations to support accurate financial records and address exceptions in a timely manner.
• Provide first-line assistance for user access requests and routine configuration updates connected to payment platforms.
• Review and triage a regular volume of reconciliation tickets each week, ensuring issues are prioritized and closed efficiently.
• Work with payment processing systems such as Paymentech, Orbital, and Fiserv ClientLine to support operational needs and resolve basic platform questions.
• Analyze payment activity in detail to uncover inconsistencies and recommend practical next steps for resolution.
• Maintain continuity in daily support functions by managing assigned work independently and following through on open items.
• Communicate findings and status updates clearly to internal stakeholders while requiring limited day-to-day supervision.
• Experience with account reconciliation in a finance, accounting, or payment operations environment.
• Working knowledge of payment processing concepts and terminology.

• Comfortable providing entry-level support for system access, configuration adjustments, and ticket resolution.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple issues accurately at the same time.
• Proven ability to work independently and remain organized with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Paymentech, Orbital, or Fiserv ClientLine is preferred.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal teams.
