The Data Quality and Control Executive teams support Data Strategy Management Executive business partners adherence to Enterprise Policy and Standards drives adoption of Authorized Data Sources coordinates data incident remediation ensure data retention policy compliance and enable authorized data transport controls monitoring
Position Summary
The Business Analyst for the Office of the DQCE is responsible for supporting the process design implementation tracking and maintenance of the technology solutions that detect prevent and manage impact to the Enterprise Data Management standards This includes participation in projects on demand analysis and coordinating different activities closely with stakeholders process owners and development
Control Function
The Application Level Data Management control function facilitates the evaluation and maturation of an application by conducting standards based maturity assessments assess and identify data management deficiencies in critical applications create remediation plans isolating maturity gaps improve data management maturity through resolution
Job Description
- Works with maintaining and executing EDM standards implementation plan for the domain across Capture Transport and Use
- Helps align and monitor key performance indicators and internal controls
- Partners with Technology to create an infrastructure and processes that adhere to the EDM standards and other regulatory mandates
Primary Skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with various lines of businesses
- Understand Framework documentation and being able to convey what is illustrated and proficiently carry out responsibilities in regards to sustainable data management
- Selfstarter with the ability to learn quickly with limited guidance ie own process from e2e
- Participate in meetings with development team in efforts to create and enhance UI for DMAT
Required Qualifications
- 3 years previous experience in Business Systems Analysis
- Evidence of 35 years professional experience focusing on business process or systems analysis and requirements management in a complex regulated environment
- Proven track record of working autonomously in a fastpaced multidisciplinary team environment and handle multiple tasks and can support multiple project needs simultaneously
- Highly skilled with Microsoft Word Excel Visio SharePoint Power Point
- Works well under pressure to meet tight deadlines and possesses excellent interpersonal skills to work well with managers and senior business leadership
- Excellent written and oral communication including technical writing skills
Desired Qualifications
- Compliance or Audit experience is preferred
- Bachelors degree or higher in Finance Accounting or related field
- Risk management and control experience
