Role description
We are looking for a bilingual freelancer (Spanish + English) to support the commercial growth and account management of Piquiyo, a senior fractional marketing agency specialised in B2B SaaS companies in their growth phase (post-seed to Series B). The role is designed for someone with experience in B2B SaaS or a B2B-focused agency who wants to join a small, senior team at a pivotal stage and take on progressively more responsibility as the company grows.
Main responsibilities
• Manage the commercial pipeline in HubSpot: data hygiene, follow-ups, and qualification of inbound and outbound leads.
• First-touch and discovery calls with qualified prospects; coordination of calendars, briefs, and next steps.
• Draft first versions of commercial proposals (Diagnostic, FMT retainer, Fractional CMO) using existing templates and playbooks.
• Co-lead selected commercial opportunities with the founder, including qualification, discovery preparation, proposal follow-up, and closing support.
• Support the weekly operating cadence, including priorities, retrospectives, dashboards, and follow-up tracking.
• Maintain Notion as the single source of truth: Clients DB, Weekly Priorities, and commercial pipeline.
• Identify and track upsell, renewal, and plan-change opportunities according to internal playbooks.
• Capture recurring insights from client calls, prospect conversations, and proposal feedback to improve Piquiyo’s positioning, packaging, and commercial process.
• Support internal documentation, including strategy materials and case narratives.
Requirements
• Freelance status.
• Fluent English & Spanish, written and spoken (essential for communication with international clients).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS or a B2B-focused agency in roles such as growth, demand generation, account management, sales development, or marketing operations.
• Fluency in HubSpot, Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace. Knowledge of Canva is a plus.
• Previous experience supporting or managing commercial proposals, pipeline, or account expansion.
• Strong communication, commercial writing, and negotiation skills.
• Proactivity, organisational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and autonomy in async work.
Conditions

• Average dedication approx. 10 hours/week, variable depending on pipeline and campaign volume.
• Initial 1-month trial period.
• 100% remote.
• Compensation: fixed monthly fee in EUR + variable component based on new clients closed.
• Compensation structure designed to scale: the base fee increases permanently with each new closed client, with a formal role review at month 6.
• Real possibility of long-term continuity and progressive evolution into senior positions based on performance.
